Updated Dashboard and new languages
I hope everyone enjoys the last days of summer. Now that everyone is back in full swing, we have some updates for you in Helpmonks.
Updated Dashboard
We've updated the Dashboard in the latest Helpmonks version and show you the latest activities of your shared inboxes and performance.
In addition, we display the latest product updates so you can stay up to date with the latest product updates. Also, we added a dedicated icon to the top navigation so you can access them anytime.

Updated languages
Helpmonks is now available in Spanish and Italian. At the same time, we updated all languages and completely translated each phrase. For instance, while German was always available, only 60% was indeed translated. With this update, all expressions are now converted into your language.
Faster performance
We took a long and hard look at how we present your emails and what libraries are required during your interaction with Helpmonks. The result is that we could remove some code and optimize it in other places. This resulted in smaller libraries for your browser to load and a faster overall performance.
