Helpmonks 3.0: New inbox design, advanced search added, many design refinements, and more

We are well on the road to completing the re-design of Helpmonks and have just finished a few significant milestones. As a fact, with this release note, we believe that the new Helpmonks UI is fully production-ready.

That said, we re-factored how we load the emails in your folders. However, it’s 135% faster to load emails and adds a convenient option for you to sort your emails in multiple ways.

We also now have the advanced search options back as with the current design. You can access the advanced search options from within the global search (click on the magnifying glass icon or use CTRL+/ or CMD+/). The advanced search options are also enabled to click on “show more search results.” You can also bring up the advanced search with the ALT+/ shortcut.

Besides, composing a new email will show additional writing information in the right-side panel. Furthermore, we fixed or enhanced many parts all over Helpmonks based on feedback from our users.

Last but not least, make sure to check out all the new features we’ve added to FLOW in this release. Primarily, the ultimate time-saver, reply and add a note right next to your message(s).
