Helpmonks 3.0: A lot of real-time updates are here

Helpmonks 3.0 is shaping up to its final form, and we’ve done a lot of enhancements and updates to the real-time updates now. So much so, that any action within an email thread is now conducted without a page refresh or even Ajax refresh (for the techies here). Besides, all actions for all drafts, including scheduled emails (which are drafts until sent), are done, too. Please see the full list of all reports below.
