The HelpMonks Chrome app, forward and other enhancements in HelpMonks beta

####HelpMonks Google Chrome App
We just released the HelpMonks Google Chrome App with which you can easily sign in to the HelpMonks application with Google Chrome.

Thanks to our beta testers, we have pushed the following fixes and enhancements to the live HelpMonks beta:

####Forward
Emails can now be forwarded. A forwarded email creates a new conversation and a link between the original and the forwarded conversation.
####Email parsing
We found some issues with email parsing (some of you might have seen messages with an empty body). Additionally, we fixed issues with displaying messages.
####Editing of a mailbox
Editing a mailbox name or email address now shows up immediately in the interface.
####New Conversation
A new conversation are now correctly sent to the “To”-address instead of only to the internal mailbox users.
####Notification email messages
Adjusted the width of messages. Messages should now show as intended. The link back to the email message in HelpMonks works now, so does the documentation link to “Email commands”.
####Message list and detail
User names now show up properly when there was no first and last name found in the senders email address.
####Email commands
The email commands “Closed” and “Archived” now take effect.
####Permissions
User permissions for companies/users, notes and labels have been fixed and at some places newly applied.

The HelpMonks application has been updated and the above enhancements and changes are now available to you.

At this point I like to thank everyone who is testing HelpMonks.
