The beta has started. What can I expect?

Now that the beta has started, we like to point out what you can do and what is not (yet) working:

You can…

  • Forward emails to Helpmonks, reply, assign, set status and set labels
  • Use email commands
  • Add mailboxes and users
  • Move conversation between mailboxes
  • Search for emails
  • Helpmonks will add the user of each incoming email into the “Customer & Companies” table
  • Speaking of, you can add companies, assign users to companies and add service level agreements (SLA)
  • Auto-reply, signature and other settings work, too
  • Forward a message from within HelpMonks
  • Use Reminders (as of June 16th 2014)
  • Use Workflows (as of September 20th 2014)
  • Use Reply Templates (as of September 20th 2014)
  • Upload your own logo and login image (as of September 20th 2014)
  • Use the Github plugin to create issues from any email message (as of September 20th 2014)
  • Write a plugin to integrate Helpmonks with your own systems or Trello, Basecamp, Zendesk, Jira, etc.
  • See a report on usage, reply, etc. (as of October 20th 2014)
  • Label-Explorer (browse all emails which are labeled) (as of October 20th 2014)

You cannot…

  • Spam settings don’t apply (under general configuration)
  • Your own outgoing SMTP server settings don’t apply (under mailbox settings)
