Send option is greyed out when sending to a new email or replying to an existing email. Can schedule to send later or add an attachment then the send option becomes available.
Sorry to hear of the issue. I’ve just experienced something similar. While we look into why this is the case, can you click on the “save” icon and see if that resolves the issue for you?
Yes it works correctly when hitting the save button. This has only been going on for a couple of days.
