Secondary Forwarding in addition to Helpmonks?

We’re new to Helpmonks, but so far so good. (It’s been a great improvement over our previous option.)

We use Google Apps / G-Suite for our email. Per the instructions, we’ve configured the settings on the main email account (under Forwarding and POP/IMAP) to forward all mail to "". It’s working fine.

We’d like to have another copy of the message forwarded as well. This would be to the big boss, who likes to receive a copy of every customer service inquiry, even if he doesn’t look at all of them. The easy solution would be to make him a user in Helpmonks, but he wants no part of it.

The Forwarding setting in Google only allows forwarding to one address. Is there some way to forward another copy on to the boss? Perhaps the use of filters? The initial forward to Helpmonks is critically important, and we don’t want to screw that up in the process.

I understand. While you have your forward settings in Gmail configured to forward all emails to your Helpmonks mailbox you can choose to keep a copy of those emails in Gmail.

Either setup a login for “the boss” to that mailbox, have them filed with a label and create a filter to forward them to his mailbox or within his email client retrieve them with IMAP.

Of course, if he is a user of a mailbox in Helpmonks he will receive them anyhow by email…
