We’re new to Helpmonks, but so far so good. (It’s been a great improvement over our previous option.)
We use Google Apps / G-Suite for our email. Per the instructions, we’ve configured the settings on the main email account (under Forwarding and POP/IMAP) to forward all mail to "138gibberish133fd...@helpmmonks.net". It’s working fine.
We’d like to have another copy of the message forwarded as well. This would be to the big boss, who likes to receive a copy of every customer service inquiry, even if he doesn’t look at all of them. The easy solution would be to make him a user in Helpmonks, but he wants no part of it.
The Forwarding setting in Google only allows forwarding to one address. Is there some way to forward another copy on to the boss? Perhaps the use of filters? The initial forward to Helpmonks is critically important, and we don’t want to screw that up in the process.
