This morning we are seeing some messages being received with body of the message missing and the word ‘false’ in its place. The subject and sender are being displayed correctly.
This appears to be mostly affecting automated emails being generated by our websites or third party websites such as our chat service when we are unavailable. These emails are normally received properly in helpmonks.
This is affecting more than one email address we have with helpmonks.
The email message is being sent correctly by our websites as we receive a duplicate copy in another email client where the body of the message is displayed correctly.
