Limit access to Helpmonks Users


Hi there,

Currently there are a few members of our team that I would like to be able to respond to emails that we assign them, but I don’t want them to have full access to our entire mailbox.

Is there any way you know to limit them from being able to login so that they can only reply back to email messages?

Great to hear/read from you.

Currently, there is no way to limit users from seeing the whole mailbox. You can restrict what they can do, but you cannot prevent that they cannot read them.

We are thinking of adding an extra layer of permissions. That said, we have a lot of requests these days and are prioritizing the ones that some of our customers are paying us.

Once that is done, we can look further into this.
