Introducing a new website, new plans, and new plugins

We are incredibly excited to finally share with you what we have been working on for the last few months — a new website, new pricing plans, and new plugins.

New website

It’s our pleasure to unveil our new website. Aside from the updated look, the new site highlights many aspects of the Helpmonks collaboration system, our new Helpmonks CRM, and our automated email marketing engine. Furthermore, you will find dedicated sections for the Helpmonks Saas, Helpmonks Cloud Server, and the Helpmonks Self-hosted editions.

New plugins

As Helpmonks is a collaborative platform for your team emails, it only makes sense that we strive to help to integrate with other tools as much as possible. To that end, we are releasing today the following plugins/integrations:

  • Trello
    With the Trello integration, you can quickly create cards in your Trello board(s) within an email conversation in Helpmonks.
  • Custom Applications
    Custom applications enable you to bring in your information from your other system (CRM, etc.), be it dynamically from a web service or merely static HTML, into the sidebar of your email threads.
  • LiveChat
    We teamed up with the great folks at LiveChat to bring you a unique integration between Helpmonks and LiveChat. Chat with your customers on your website, capture chat transcripts and offline messages in your shared mailbox automatically. Additionally, the LiveChat agent extension delivers information inside Helpmonks to the chat agent in real-time.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    The customer satisfaction plugin appends a short survey to each outgoing email of your team and lets customers vote if the answer was to their satisfaction.

Also, we have enhanced the custom fields plugin, which adds the option to add custom fields to customer and company records.

New pricing plans

True to our mission, to bring a shared mailbox to every team, we have made multiple changes to Helpmonks pricing structure that will bring more value at an even more affordable rate for your business.

Same as before, our $9 per mailbox/month will continue to include features like Collision detection, Tracked emails, Saved replies, Companies & SLA, Reminders, full API access and many more. The $9 mailbox/month plan is aptly named “GET STARTED” and is still one of the best offerings for a hosted shared mailbox in the market.

Today, we are introducing two plans which include brand-new features:

Meet “BLISS FOR TEAMS”: $19 mailbox/month

Helpmonk Bliss for teams is new and is designed around the engaged and active Helpmonks team. This plan comes with all the features you have come to love but adds the following plugins; Trello, ToDoIst (coming soon), LiveChat, Custom Fields, Satisfaction Ratings, and Custom Applications. Also, you get unlimited workflows and a high powered search.

Meet “GO FURTHER”: $39 mailbox/month

The Helpmonks Go further plan is a true one-stop powerhouse for your customer engagement. Packed with every business-critical feature this plan includes our new Helpmonks CRM, our soon to be released automated email marketing engine, and Group features. All of your customer relationships are already in your team emails. With these tools, there is no need to switch between systems or pay for additional tools.

Existing customers can upgrade to any of the new plans immediately or continue on their current one.

Also, and as Helpmonks is the only shared mailbox solution that offers multiple deployment options, our new website outlines the pricing options for a Helpmonks Cloud Server and the Helpmonks Self-hosted edition in more detail.

We know that deciding on a new tool for your email workflow is a challenging task. Hence, as of today, our trial is now 30-days long. An industry first.

What’s next?

As highlighted on our website, we are hard at work finishing all the features in our “GO FURTHER” plan, i.e., primarily the Helpmonks CRM and the Helpmonks automated marketing engine.

Development is also underway for the Group feature and many other enhancements.
