Incoming email has associated name Helpmonks Support


When I receive an email from application, its always displayed as name “Helpmonks Support”.

Is this something that is expected?
I would expect that this is displayed not as Helpmonks Support but only pure email address from which email arrived, and if that email is associated with some from address book, show name from address book.


We had an issue, that’s since been corrected, where the initial email sent to a newly created mailbox would come from the mailbox email address but the name ‘Helpmonks Support’. ‘Helpmonks Support’ would then get associated as the name of that email address.

Correcting this is quite simple. Please edit the customer in your Administration setting with the correct name you would like to see. All prior and future emails will display with the updated name.

Any future mailboxes created will not have this issue.
