Inbox shows (1) message but it's not there

Sort of a strange issue. When logging in, all of us on the team are seeing a (1) in the inbox as if there’s a new message there, however there is nothing in the inbox.

Is this normal behavior?



With “site” you mean the website? If so we’ve had some weird
outages this morning. This didn’t affect the Helpmonks application and
email receiving / delivery.

Thank you for letting us know. It could be that our email counts scheduled
task is off-count. We will look into it.
