Import folder from email inbox

Hi HelpMonks Team!

We are currently testing HelpMonks and were wondering how or if folders from an inbox can be imported to the HelpMonks account? Our goal is to share our customer care email address so multiple team members can work with it, though we were not able to find a possibility to import the folders, where the communication history with our clients is saved.

Any help would be very appreciated!

Hi Nicoleta,

Helpmonks works as such that you forward emails from, e.g. to
the Helpmonks mailbox.

Though, we have had some feature requests to import existing conversations,
we currently do not have such functionality as we are still looking into
how to accomplish this in the best way. However, you can still forward all
of them and Helpmonks will parse them properly for you.
