Implementing Customer Satisfaction Rating Plugin

With Helpmonks, you have the ability to get real time customer feedback on each email a user sends by enabling the Customer Satisfaction plug in. This can help you improve and adjust user’s responses according to your customer’s needs.

The Customer Satisfaction plugin lets you choose to append a rating link or direct ratings to all of your emails. When your recipients rates the reply from you and your team, the reply will be collected which can be viewed in comparison to the other satisfaction ratings in a beautiful report.

To enable this plugin, go to Administration on your mailbox settings, select Plugins and go to Customer Satisfaction tab and click on Add a New Customer Satisfaction Module.

  • Inside the Customer Satisfaction Module click enable

  • Add a name for the module and select whether you want it above or below your email signature

You may also opt to change the text rating on the editor or simply keep the details and click on the update button

Collected Report

You may see the data under the Reports Tab select Customer Satisfaction. From this page you can see the rating that has been given by the customer, the date/time, the corresponding mailbox and a link to the conversation is available for you to have a better view of the conversation.

Note: Satisfaction module can only be enabled for one mailbox at a time
