This documentation will guide you in resetting all cache data and cookies from your browser. The steps below should be done in case you are still unable to log in to your Helpmonks account.
Click Options and select Settings
In the Privacy and Security tab, click “Clear Browsing Data”. It will show a pop-up window, then proceed with deleting the cache and cookies as shown in the image below.
In Edge press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE
This will bring up the “Clear browsing data” window
Select the checkboxes as in the screenshot below
On the right corner, click Options and select Settings
Then, select the Privacy and Security tab, click “Clear Data”.
It will show a pop-up window, then proceed with deleting the cache and cookies as shown in the image below.
Additionally, when you click the Manage Data button in the Privacy and Security page, select Helpmonks site from the list, click Remove and Save the Changes.
On your Android phone, open the Chrome App. Then, tap More at the top-right corner.
Select History, then Clear Browsing Data
Next, choose the time range “All Time” to delete everything. Additionally, make sure to tick the checkbox next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files”. Then, click the Clear Data button to finish.
