Helpmonks offers a very convenient way to create your own “folders”. However, we do not call them “folders” but labels. With labels you can tag your emails and make them easily accessible to you and your team.
How to add labels
Labels can be added under Administration / Labels. Here you can create as many labels as you like and also nest them.
Clicking on a label name will only edit the name. Whereas upon clicking on the “edit” link will bring up the label dialog window where you can not only edit the name, but define the color, if the label should be nested or in which mailbox the label should appear in.
Once you have your labels, you can enable the "Label-Explorer_ within each Mailbox Settings to show the labels in your left hand navigation when your browse your emails. Upon clicking on any label within Helpmonks it will also take you to the list of emails with that label.
