Helpmonks doesn't show received emails after licence activation

Yesterday I noticed that after non-profit licence activation Helpmonks doesn’t shows emails sent to it’s mailboxes. Before activating the licence there was a little time where the service was disabled because the trial was ended. Maybe there have been a problem in the reactivation process?
