Helpmonks account not accessible today


Since accessing the system at 8am UK time we have been unable to see our account fully. We can login but are presented with a basic version of the site as though it has only partially loaded. The system is currently unusable. I can see on the status page SMTP 2 has been down most of the night.

Please confirm you are aware of this issue and provide an update as I can find no info on the status page or elsewhere.

One of our servers wasn’t properly refreshed and thus showing the CSS, i.e., all distorted. This also caused issues with other actions on the page not working. As Helpmonks is set up in a load balanced environment, you would sometimes see the screen properly and on next reload not.

The SMTP server status is something else, and has no relevance to the showing of the application.
