In the past few weeks, we've been expanding our infrastructure to enhance your experience with Helpmonks.
We've invested into faster and more powerful servers for our application servers, i.e., more CPU cores can load and serve the Helpmonks application faster. Besides, all servers have more and significantly faster memory resulting in faster caches.
Apart from the hardware, we took an important step last weekend as we changed to a high-performance worldwide load-balance operation that allows us to route traffic based on several metrics. Most importantly, we can expand our data centers worldwide and host your shared inbox experience as close as possible to your location.
As close as possible means that, e.g., if you are in the UK, your shared mailbox connection will come from a data-center in the UK and not be re-routed to the US. The same applies to our users in Asia and other places in the world.
We are currently in the process of bringing up servers in multiple regions around the world and keep you updated as soon as we activate a region.
