Consistent 503 Errors today, 2/12/2018


Hello Helpmonks team. We are experience intermittent but frequent “503 Service unavailable” errors with the application today. Can you help us?



Looked liked there was an internal network issue at our provider. We have reached out to see what happened.

In the meantime, the service is back online. Incoming emails were not affected by the downtime (which was app. 7 minutes).
