Changes to how set status and assign of a conversation behaves

As Helpmonks steadily grows, we get great feedback from our customers. One of the most wanted requests is that when you change the status of the conversation or assign the conversation that it behaves better.

With today’s update, we are happy to announce that this request has now been fulfilled.

In short, when you change the status or assign the conversation and you are in the email conversation thread it will display a notification of the change, previously it closed the message and redirected you. However, when you are in the list of messages, for example in your inbox, and change the status or assign the conversation it will refresh the list.

We know that this is a small change, but it has a big impact on how you work with Helpmonks. We hope that the new behavior helps you get your work done better.
