Can I choose which "last update" date is listed?

Hello Nitai & team,

Currently the overview of threads shows a last update date which is being updated every time a message is assigned to someone else or changed in any other way. I’d rather see the date of the last message, so I can see how long the customer is waiting for our reply. Is that possible?
