Great suggestion. Helpmonks was originally built with shared inboxes in mind, hence we did not include features of a more “personal” mail client.
That said, things will definitely change in the near future
In the meantime, know that any calendar request coming on to your shared inbox, will be passed on to the user accounts, i.e., they will get the calendar invite in their personal email.
