BCC to a certain address, no email gets sent

When we BCC a reply to a certain email address it is not arriving.

The email address in question is one of our own and we have checked the mail server but nothing is arriving.

We have tested this email address and it works fine, we can also BCC other addresses of our own and they work fine, just not this address.

Any ideas ?

In order to help, I would need to know what address you are talking about,
instead of “this address” :slight_smile: Also please let us know if “the address” is
for an internal user or external and if the ones that work are internals or
externals as well. Thank you.

The email address is an internal email, we have tested with both internal and external and can get them all to work apart from this one particular email.
The email address that does not work is marketing@ my domain name.

The reason for the problem:
5.1.2 Bad destination mailbox address
