In order to create a workflow to assign emails to a team-member based on the time the email arrives, you will need to follow these simple steps:
In your Helpmonks mailbox, go to Settings- Workflows- Create a new workflow
- Name your new Workflow
- Select Segment from the dropdown menu
- Under Conditions, select “The email arrives between”, then set the timeframe, days and timezone.
- Under Actions, select “Assign the email to”, and type in the user(s) assigned.
- At the bottom, click on Enable workflow and click the Update button.
You are now good to go! The emails arriving in the specified timeframe will be automatically assigned to specified team-members.
