Anyone else running into this problem or know how to fix it ?/

Hello,

I am hoping for some assistance.I can log on to DTS, however when I go to edit a travel voucher, DTS will seem to go into a loop, I can briefly see the voucher window then it will close on its own and a new one will load. DTS using Pkcard will continue this loop for several itteration and then I get a blank screen. I am using the latest version of Pkcard on the iPad 4, additionally I have tried multiple different settings .I need some more information and also it would be great if anyone can share some Software Explainer Video examples that would get me a solution over this. Anyone else running into this problem or know how to fix it .I don’t want to overwrite any records that they already have in place.

Any help will be appreciated.

Helpmonks is an email management platform, and has no functionality related to travel vouchers. We’re not familiar with DTS. Sorry, I don’t think we can help you here.
