Add variables to Saved Replies

It would be great if we could add variables to Saved Replies, for instant customization when speaking with the customer/prospect. Even better if these merged fields could be custom fields that our organization defines. And lastly, if we could sync these fields with identical ones in our CRM/sales systems.

Those are good ideas. We are looking into what we can do in this regard.

Also, we were thinking of creating plugins for different CRM systems. Which
CRM are you using?
