Acccess custom fields in API

I am currently working on a project where I want to access Custom Fields of a conversation. I am getting conversation list through Helpmonks developer API but I couldn’t see any value for custom fields.

As you can see in the image, I want to access “DevOps#” in the custom fields section.
Please let me know if it’s possible with API to access a custom field or not and if it’s possible, please let me know where can I find the documentation for that.
